Interstate Assembly Systems, a division of Interstate Companies, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations in Surprise, Arizona. This leadership role oversees production, materials management, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring customer satisfaction and strong operational performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership in plant or production management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, planning, inventory, and quality systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Provide leadership to production, planning, materials, engineering support, quality, warranty, and technical teams.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
• Monitor key operational and financial metrics to drive informed business decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through diversification of products, services, and customer markets.
• Drive accountability and performance through effective communication, coaching, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic planning and execution to achieve branch and organizational objectives.
• Represent Interstate Assembly Systems within industry associations and community organizations.
