Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Production Manager II to lead a fast‑paced beverage facility, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage the production team, schedule adherence, and daily operations while ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

The role requires 5+ years in beverage manufacturing, Lean/TPM experience, and strong leadership. Expect a dynamic environment with varied shifts and a focus on continuous improvement and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Operations Management preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in a high‑speed beverage manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, HACCP and PPE requirements and uphold food safety standards.
• Lead and direct staff including hiring, performance management, and evaluations.
• Provide training, direction, and performance feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality, drive efficiency, and reduce downtime.
• Read production schedules, communicate deviations, and mobilize resources to meet targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and GEMBA walks; support plant safety initiatives.
