Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations of the Production Department, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met in compliance with applicable food safety requirements.

The role involves coordinating with planning for schedules, guiding supervisors, and driving continuous improvements in methods, equipment, and costs. Strong leadership and GMP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in manufacturing or related field.
• 6+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• 4+ years managing people or projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the production department to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Collaborates with planning to create production schedules meeting internal and external needs.
• Maintains positive working relationships to maximize safety, engagement, and productivity.
• Directs supervisors on coaching, training, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Plans preventative maintenance with Maintenance leadership.
• Analyzes production metrics and reports to Plant Director.
