Job summary

STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead the assigned production area, coordinating manpower and equipment to meet demand. You will oversee safety, quality, and process improvements while directing subordinates and collaborating with other departments to reach production goals.

The role requires a strong background in industrial automation, project management, and data analytics, with readiness to travel domestically as needed and to work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering/technical field and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial automation and controls experience with project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• US work eligibility and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, motivate and train subordinates.
• Organize and ensure continuous execution of tasks.
• Verify work time and subordinate conditions comply with procedures.
• Execute tasks based on the Performance Management System and provide feedback.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality policy compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and enforce PPE usage.
• Adhere to labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead teams to improve safety and efficiency; perform other duties as assigned.
