Job summary

StarPlus Energy LLC in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will ensure safety, lead continuous improvement efforts, and build morale within your team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a goal-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in high volume production and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the production plan is met and implement improvements.
• Lead and enforce safety protocols in the workplace.
• Analyze quality KPIs and guide team leaders accordingly.
