Job summary

STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead small teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting. You will ensure safety, train staff, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and throughput targets, reporting to the Line Lead.

Responsibilities include meeting the production plan, analyzing issues with other roles, and guiding team leads on quality and efficiency. Candidates should have strong MS Office skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally with prior notice.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Experience supervising in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet the production plan and analyze issues with other roles.
• Lead and train team; allocate manpower and resolve staffing needs.
• Promote safety; enforce safety tools and procedures.
• Monitor and act on quality KPIs; guide team leads on issues.
• Allocate personnel on the line; manage attendance and staffing.
• Engage broader manufacturing resources to solve problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
