Overview

Production Managers are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of events within the company. This role ensures that events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the physical setup of events, including equipment, seating, and décor.; Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored after events.
• Event Execution: Support event activities, including coordination with vendors and staff.; Address any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Logistics: Manage inventory and logistics related to event equipment.; Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients and guests professionally.; Ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Experience in event operations or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
