Randstad is hiring a 3rd shift Production Manager to lead overnight manufacturing operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams. You will be on the floor, developing people, solving problems, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, GMP/SOP adherence, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. No degree required; salary range listed: $80,000–$95,000 per year; shift 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in 3rd shift production management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production activities during the 3rd shift to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to production employees and team leaders.
• Establish clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Promote a culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and accountable for their work.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, equipment performance, and workflow to identify and address issues quickly.
• Partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Work closely with Quality to ensure products meet quality and food-safety standards.
• Ensure employees follow GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Investigate production issues and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Track key performance indicators and communicate shift results to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement sustainable process improvements.

A large international food brand is hiring for their 3rd shift operations for a Production Manager. As the 3rd Shift Production Manager, you’ll help lead daily manufacturing operations during the overnight shift, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, solving problems, and making sure production runs safely, and efficiently. This is a full time permanent opportunity- Food Production experience a plus.

Salary: $85,000-$93,000. Salary range also listed: $80,000 - $95,000 per year. Shift: Third. Work hours: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM. Education: No Degree Required.

Responsibilities
