Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Manager to oversee 24/7 manufacturing operations, lead a safety-focused culture, and drive on-time delivery while ensuring high-quality products. You will mentor teams, manage budget, and coordinate with scheduling and QA to meet customer needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in manufacturing, with leadership and Lean/TQM experience. Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical field.
• 5 years’ manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and TQM preferred.
• Excellent written, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance while delivering high quality.
• Lead the culture and mentor direct reports; manage budget and expenses.
• Ensure accurate reporting in the MRP system.
