Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations in the assigned department. You will work with department leadership to achieve production and quality goals while maintaining safety and a positive work environment.

You will coach and develop teams, ensure adherence to schedules, and drive continuous improvement using ERP and MS Office systems. Join a family-owned leader in windows and doors with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive work attitude and ability to hold others accountable.
• 3-5 years of progressive management/supervisor/lead experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with ERP and Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing operations in the assigned department to meet production and quality goals.
• Partner with department leadership to drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly production schedules through effective crew staffing.
• Ensure safe working environment with prompt investigations and corrective actions for hazards.
• Foster development through coaching, feedback and cross-training.
