Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in manufacturing with 2+ in management, knowledge of World Class Manufacturing/Lean/TQM, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical-related field preferred.
• 5 years manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and TQM preferred.
• Excellent written, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of production teams in a 24/7 environment to meet schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Promote a safety culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage production budget, labor force, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Ensure accurate reporting in MRP and maintain 5S housekeeping throughout the facility.
