As a Production Manager at IBP of Tampa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production facility. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily production activities, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of skilled employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain the daily production schedule
2. Oversee the crew's daily production operations
3. Delegate job assignments to team members
4. Communicate with crews and address problems
5. Coordinate with customers as needed
6. Track materials and equipment
7. Adhere to safety policies and procedures
8. Order materials as needed
9. Calculate job completions

Role Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Plan reading skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and plan ahead
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license
