Job Description

Production Maintenance Manager

Summary

The Production Foreperson/Supervisor will oversee and manage production shift employees, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

Essential Functions

1. Communicate regularly with the Account Manager to understand client needs.
2. Ensure site quality and appearance meet standards.
3. Manage all landscape services, coordinating materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
4. Inspect properties pre-service to develop and adjust action plans.
5. Monitor irrigation systems, identify issues, and recommend repairs.
6. Identify landscape problems and address them proactively.
7. Perform hands-on work as needed to meet schedules.
8. Enforce company policies on equipment use, maintenance, and safety training.
9. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and schedule crews.
10. Train crew members on equipment operation, pruning, safety, and quality standards.
11. Prioritize safety and maintain safety records.
12. Manage all relevant paperwork and documentation.
13. Coordinate with the Branch Administrator for database updates.
14. Order materials, monitor costs and deliveries, and handle purchase orders.
15. Uphold company policies, procedures, and values.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
