General Summary:

The Service Operations Support Manager in Training is responsible for managing and leading associates to meet operational goals and ensure excellent customer service.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead associates to achieve production targets, maintain inventory levels, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct observations of associates and communicate expectations effectively.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of associates.
• Maintain key performance measures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing and executing production and inventory plans.
• Ensure proper inventory of materials and equipment, including PPE, tools, and chemicals, using the supply system.
• Support sales, business office, and purchasing teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with risk management policies, including safety, environmental, and health guidelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve production goals.
• Strong data interpretation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

Working Conditions:
