**The Opportunity:**

Growth creates opportunities! We seek a dedicated maintenance production manager to join our vibrant local business, part of a national horticultural organization. Responsibilities include:

1. Training and managing crews daily, fostering employee relationships, coaching, mentoring, disciplining, and developing staff.
2. Scheduling routes and sites, providing instructions, and ensuring efficiency and quality to meet all customer commitments.
3. Performing landscaping maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, edging, trimming, pruning, irrigation startup, winterization, and pesticide application to ensure timely and quality completion of contracts.
4. Understanding scope of work and contract specifications to maximize productivity and meet contractual obligations.
5. Conducting safety training, ensuring safe procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
6. Inspecting properties through required reports to ensure quality standards.
7. Coordinating with LSI Account Managers and Client Operations Leaders as needed.

**Qualifications:**

• 3+ years' experience in landscape project management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and conflict management skills.
• Ability to make critical judgments, solve problems, and pay close attention to detail.
