Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead field crews, supervise client jobs, and ensure high quality work while keeping projects profitable. You will apply landscape maintenance knowledge, manage labor and materials, and coordinate with Account Managers to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial landscaping experience at crew foreman level or higher.
• Degree in horticulture, turf grass science, landscape technology or related field preferred but not required.
• Spanish speaking and understanding preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with safety best practices for crew, public, and environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and manage client jobs to ensure high quality work, profitability and efficiency.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Use landscape knowledge and equipment to boost branch success.
• Supervise crew performance and control direct costs such as labor and materials.
• Monitor and maintain labor budgets and other direct/indirect costs to meet income targets.
• Work with Crew Leads and Account Managers to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with Shop Manager and Account Manager to ensure equipment/material readiness for upcoming jobs.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and promote company culture and safety.
• Schedule work in Aspire for efficient crew routing.
• Review daily crew time in Aspire.
• Ensure accurate paperwork flow between field and office.

• Supervise field staff and manage client jobs to ensure the crews consistently performs high quality work, meet client requirements and fulfill them in a profitable and efficient manner
• Follow company policies and procedures in order to maintain all operations and meet safety standards
• Use your knowledge of landscape maintenance, landscape equipment, and labor & quality control to boost the overall success of the branch
• Supervise crew performance and control direct costs such as labor and materials
• Monitor and maintain Labor Budgets along with other direct and indirect costs to ensure Income from Operations is met
• Work closely with Crew Leads and Account Managers to ensure client expectations are met
• Work with Shop Manager and Account Manager to assure proper equipment and material is ready for upcoming jobs
• Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting company culture and safety
• Schedule new and existing work in Aspire to reflect the most efficient routing for each crew
• Review and approve daily crew time in Aspire
• Provide accurate and timely paperwork flow between field and office
