As a Construction Production Manager, You'll perform responsibilities across field supervision, operations, budgeting, and collaboration with account managers to meet client needs and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and manage client jobs to ensure crews perform high quality work, meet client requirements, and fulfill them in a profitable and efficient manner
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain operations and meet safety standards
• Leverage knowledge of landscape construction, landscape equipment, and labor & quality control to boost branch success
• Supervise crew performance and control direct costs such as labor and materials
• Monitor and maintain labor budgets along with other direct and indirect costs to ensure Income from Operations is met
• Work closely with Crew Leads and Account Managers to ensure client expectations are met
• Coordinate with Shop Manager and Account Manager to assure proper equipment and material readiness for upcoming jobs
• Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity while promoting company culture and safety
• Schedule new and existing work in Aspire to reflect the most efficient routing for each crew
• Review and approve daily crew time in Aspire
• Provide accurate and timely paperwork flow between field and office

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in commercial landscaping at the crew foreman level or higher
• A degree in horticulture, turf grass science, landscape technology or related field is preferred but not required
• Functional proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with best practices regarding safety for crew members, the public, and the environment
