Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a highly organized Production Manager to oversee daily operations, scheduling, service coordination, and project management for residential generator services. The ideal candidate will manage service schedules, dispatch electricians, handle customer inquiries, ensure timely project completion, and provide clear reporting to corporate leadership.

• Knowledge of generator installation and service processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service visits using route optimization tools to maximize efficiency.
• Assign and dispatch electricians for residential service calls and generator repairs.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Set up and manage automatic billing cycles for service contract customers.
• Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
• Organize and track service parts and materials to ensure availability.
• Report weekly and monthly KPIs to corporate locations.
• Participate in team meetings, offering insights and reports directly to corporate leadership.
• Interview potential employees for store locations.
• Set opening and closing schedules for the store.
• Track projects from sales through completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Collect payments due upon project completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service schedules, coordinating electricians for residential service calls and generator repairs, handling customer relations, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Schedule service visits using route optimization tools to maximize efficiency.
• Assign and dispatch electricians for residential service calls and generator repairs.

Customer Service & Billing:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Set up and manage automatic billing cycles for service contract customers.
• Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.

Operations & Reporting:

• Organize and track service parts and materials to ensure availability.
