Jobot is seeking a Production Manager in Dillsburg, PA, to lead a high-performance manufacturing team and oversee all production activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Proven experience with welding, MIG, TIG, millwork, cabinetry.
• Strong scheduling knowledge and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Implement and manage the production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate and control production to meet high quality standards.
• Manage raw materials and resources to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure all production equipment is maintained and functioning properly.

• Oversee production of AV consoles and control rooms to required standards.

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Permanent Production Manager to join our high-performing team in the manufacturing industry. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in fabrication and leading production teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations, and ensuring that production meets the required standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
2. Implement and manage the production schedule, ensuring that deadlines are met.
3. Coordinate and control the production process, ensuring that products are produced to the highest quality standards.
4. Manage the use of raw materials and resources to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

10. Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
2. Proven experience with welding, mig, tig, millwork, cabinetry.
3. Strong knowledge and experience with scheduling, ERP, MRP.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment.
