The Neighborhood Theatre is seeking a charismatic, organized, and versatile Production Manager who is passionate about production and setting a new standard for accommodating the needs of touring artists. This person will have meticulous attention to detail, an enthusiastic personality, and most importantly, a passion for live music. The Production Manager is a full-time salaried position.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all elements and aspects of show and event production, including show advances, venue spec sheets, show systems & templates, budget development, supplier development, venue production cost oversight, and artist and venue settlement.
- Represent Neighborhood Theatre as production and event manager for shows and private events.
- Generate budgets and pricing for artist and special events.
- Assist with accounting close of all shows, including settlements and reconciliation.
- Negotiate production and show-related supplier agreements.
- Deliver productions within vetted budgets.
- Assist Marketing with fan and partnership initiatives, media support, and social media interactions.
- Support Sponsorship with tour and show partnership initiatives, staffing, logistics, and artist relations.
- Ensure venue ticketing setups optimize fan experience.
- Develop operational policies and procedures for the Production Department.
- Develop and maintain production strategies to meet organizational objectives and fan engagement.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Show production experience at clubs, theatres, and arenas.
- Show settlement experience at similar venues.
- Festival and artist touring experience.
- Familiarity with Ticketmaster Audits and data entry.
- Basic health and safety training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving skills related to data entry.
- Effective cross-departmental communication.
- Self-motivated, creative, and independent work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Passion for music and fan engagement.
