What You’ll Own

1. Take charge of daily production. Coordinate with project managers to build bulletproof job schedules, prep work orders, and deliver clear direction to foremen and field teams.
2. Team Leadership: Motivate and manage crews and subcontractors. You’re the coach, mentor, and field general ensuring jobs run smooth, safe, and on-point.
3. Own the procurement process. Schedule deliveries. Control costs. Approve big-ticket buys in sync with senior leadership.
4. Quality Control & Safety: You set the bar. Lead with a safety-first mindset and ensure every project meets or exceeds expectations.
5. Technical Support: Problem solver at heart? You’ll troubleshoot issues in real-time and support crews with on-the-spot solutions.
6. Keep projects tight. Maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and make smart tweaks that boost efficiency.
7. You’re the glue. Coordinate subs, manage timelines, and ensure they hit deadlines without compromising quality.
8. Be the professional face of the company. You’ll keep internal teams aligned and clients informed every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in roofing or construction production management
2. Natural leader with a get-it-done attitude
3. Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety codes
4. Tech-savvy: Office Suite + project software like AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or ServiceTitan
5. Strong communicator who can manage up, down, and across
6. Bonus: CRM experience and valid CSL or similar certifications
