Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 06 Months

Pay

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Pay Range: $50.00- $55.00 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the division, ensuring cohesive teamwork and alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and manage marketing initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, proposal preparation, estimating, and contract negotiations
Supervise projects and project managers
Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders with vendors
Apply knowledge of radio frequency bandwidths in project execution
Manage division resources, workload, and backlog
Prepare and review submittals and shop drawings
Ensure safety compliance in coordination with the company’s EHS division
Demonstrate understanding of anechoic materials and theoretical design principles
Apply expertise in RF shielding and shielded enclosures
Review and manage project profit and loss (P&L)
Utilize AIA billing methodology effectively
Foster a positive, entrepreneurial team environment that encourages decision-making and engagement
Lead intercompany and external meetings
Track project progress and prepare weekly status reports
Travel up to 50% to customer sites as required

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
MBA preferred

Experience

10–15 years of experience in construction management, ideally within a design/build delivery framework
Proven track record in team and project management

Skills

Strong multitasking, communication, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
