Job summary

Prysmian seeks an experienced Manufacturing Leader to oversee production and maintenance at our New Hampshire facility. You will coordinate schedules, optimize resources, and drive reliability to meet targets while fostering a safe, quality-focused environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to resolve issues, lead lean improvement initiatives, and develop teams to improve uptime and lower costs in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or maintenance in an industrial setting.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of production operations and equipment reliability.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production teams to ensure efficient execution of manufacturing schedules.
• Optimize labor, materials, and equipment utilization to meet targets.
• Analyze production data and drive performance improvements.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
• Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Align maintenance schedules with production priorities to minimize disruption.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
