Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and 5–10 years of progressive experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance standards and schedules to ensure machine availability.
• Ensure methods, procedures and tools are followed; manage budgets and resources.
• Define maintenance processes and schedules with SC/production planning.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across workshops.
• Contribute to design, layout, and optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team.
