Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an Engineer - Maintenance Planning in Cheraw, SC to coordinate complex maintenance projects and drive digitalization in the production area.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 1+ year maintenance experience (Preventive Maintenance), and strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills. Authorisation to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience specifically with Preventive Maintenance.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex maintenance and repair projects.
• Familiarity with digitalization initiatives and project coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical focus.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

As an Engineer in Maintenance Planning, you will take charge of coordinating complex maintenance and repair projects while driving improvements and digitalization efforts in your production area.
