Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Manager for Production Maintenance and Group Leader in Cheraw, SC. This role focuses on maintaining manufacturing equipment availability by defining standards, schedules, and processes for a single plant or MU.

• Contribute to design, layout, and optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
• Manage team of maintenance employees

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

Required:

Associate's Degree in related field
