Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Asset Reliability Manufacturing Manager to lead the maintenance organization, improve equipment uptime, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance across the production facility. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, communicate effectively, and drive safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance specialists (electrical, mechanical, PLC, etc.).
• Develop and manage work schedules, assignments, and priorities for the maintenance team.
• Foster safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies (LOTO, confined space, hot work).
• Develop and implement PM and PdM programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure prompt troubleshooting and repair.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Manage spare parts inventory and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and safety teams.
