Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Asset Reliability Manufacturing Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure reliable operation of all production equipment. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage spares, and drive safety and continuous improvement to maximize uptime and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• 3-5 years in a maintenance leadership/supervisory position, preferably in fast-paced production.
• Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs.
• Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, and supervise a maintenance team of electrical, mechanical, and PLC specialists.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve PM and PdM programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure prompt troubleshooting and repair of failures.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize levels and costs.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to align maintenance with schedules and plant goals.
