Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor for its manufacturing team. You will lead a team of technicians, manage daily production operations, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership on the production floor, strong experience inLEAN/manufacturing fundamentals, and a proven track record of coaching and developing staff. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in high-volume production environments.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and work instructions.
• Hands-on on the production floor when needed.
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery through testing and delivery.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations, issue work orders, remove blockers.
• Ensure safety procedures and standard work tasks are followed; drive safety improvements.
• Prioritize activities to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory; generate weekly production progress reports.
• Provide cross-functional support to engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality.
• Lead daily cross-functional communication and on-line training as needed.
