J&B Group is seeking an experienced Production Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations at the St. Michael facility.

The role requires leadership, coordination, and a solid background in mechanical and facilities maintenance within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, prioritizing work orders, and conducting training for new technicians while ensuring safety and GMP/HACCP compliance.

• Troubleshoot electro/mechanical systems and diagnose issues.

• Use measuring and testing equipment (caliper, meters, etc.).
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion.
• Prioritize work orders and monitor progress and deadlines.
• Conduct training for new technicians.
• Escalate equipment or technician concerns to supervisor.
• Perform routine preventive and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues; replace parts as needed.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor and align with JB Core Values.
