Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise maintenance workers across multiple crafts, directing work orders and ensuring safe, reliable plant operation. You will train, coach, and guide team members while maintaining equipment and processes in line with GMP, HACCP, and SOPs.

Responsibilities include starting up equipment, monitoring shifts, record-keeping, and implementing continuous improvements to maintain high-quality output and efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior maintenance/fabrication or general maintenance background.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, SSOPs, and GMP guidelines.
• Strong communication, coaching, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct Maintenance Workers across craft trades.
• Oversee work orders and planning to keep plant safe, reliable, and efficient.
• Operate and service processing machines and conveyors on the processing side.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to procedures; implement improvements.
