Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Machine Operator to operate manual and automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up production equipment, and ensure high-quality output for our customers.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols and accurate completion of daily production forms. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet safety standards including lock-out/tag-out awareness.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 65 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Willing to perform routine maintenance and basic PPE adherence.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and monitor sensors and switches for malfunctions.
• Operate machinery to meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Notify management of production, safety, or quality concerns.
• Maintain clean work area and accurately complete production forms.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
