Job summary

GardenCore is hiring a Machine Operator to run manual and automated equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will perform setup, preventive maintenance, and monitor performance to ensure quality output for our customers.

The role requires safety-minded individuals capable of lifting up to 65 lbs, standing for long periods, and collaborating with a team to meet daily production goals. Full-time with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in trades specific to job requirements or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety principles, such as lock-out/tag-out.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and components to detect malfunctions.
• Operate machinery to meet quality, cost and schedule requirements.
• Notify management of production, safety, quality or environmental concerns.
• Understand and complete daily production forms accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling and cleaning.
• Daily cleanup of production work area and teamwork to meet goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
