Job summary

GardenCore LLC is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to run manual and automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up production equipment, and ensure quality output for our customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, maintaining accuracy of daily production records, and adhering to safety standards such as lock-out/tag-out. The role requires 3+ years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in trades or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Working knowledge of safety principles such as lock-out/tag-out
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and detect malfunctions
• Operate equipment to meet quality, cost and schedule targets
• Notify management of production, safety, quality or environmental concerns
• Meet quality standards by understanding bagging specifications and targets
• Daily cleanup of production area and accurate completion of forms
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment (lubricate, fuel, clean)
• Ability to work with others to achieve team goals
• Other duties as needed
