Job summary

GardenCore LLC in Florida is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to run manual and automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up production equipment, and ensure quality output for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing or trades.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of safety principles, such as lock-out/tag-out.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and detect malfunctions.
• Operate production machinery to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Notify management of safety, quality or environmental concerns.
• Follow bagging specifications to meet quality standards.
• Daily cleanup of production area.
• Complete daily production forms accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
