GardenCore is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to run manual and automated equipment in a fast-paced production area. You will monitor machines, assist with setups, perform preventive maintenance, and help ensure product quality to meet customer requirements.

Requirements include 3+ years in related trades, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. A safety mindset and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in trades or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical job duties.
• Knowledge of safety principles, including lock-out/tag-out.
• Able to work in a team and meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and detect malfunctions.
• Operate equipment to meet quality and production goals.
• Notify management of safety, quality, or environmental concerns.
• Understand and complete daily production forms accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Support housekeeping and clean-up in the production area.
