Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production line operations and monitor equipment for malfunctions or defects.
• Set up equipment daily according to the production schedule and perform sanitation duties.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and notify maintenance for significant problems.
• Record data and calibrate systems to time, temperature, and position specs.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and replace worn components as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with GMP and food safety policies.
