Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to support maintenance, development and operations tasks that promote efficient production. The role emphasizes monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery, and ensuring quality specifications are met.

You will operate the line to meet production targets, perform basic maintenance, assist with line setup, stock and troubleshoot as needed, and follow all safety and food safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach and rotate as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Experience with line operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Operate machinery to meet production efficiency goals.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and inform supervisor promptly.
• Ensure raw materials have correct part numbers before installation.
• Perform basic maintenance and assist line setup and cleanup.
• Follow all company policies including safety practices.
• Report Food Safety and Quality problems when observed.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
