Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a production operator to run basic machinery under supervision. You will follow SOPs, load and unload materials, monitor operations, and report any issues to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities include routine equipment checks, maintaining a clean work area, and strict adherence to safety policies. This role may involve assisting in troubleshooting and performing other duties as assigned, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physicaldemand;often liftslight to heavy-weight material.Frequentlifting/moving average weight (up to50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shifton concrete(8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
