Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership roles with proven success in achieving production goals and inventory control.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems and a demonstrated proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Establishes production goals and manages performance to achieve sales.
• Develops and implements daily and weekly production schedules for all work centers and employees.
• Maintains tracking charts and metrics reflecting department performance.
• Participates in production meetings with status of department and workflow.
• Controls schedule to project job completions and assist other departments with resource planning.
• Maintains department inventory and participates in weekly cycle counting.
• Provides weekly metrics and status to management.
• Keeps procedures up to date to support current and new product designs.
• Supports Sales and Engineering with input on production capabilities and limitations.
• Participates in new product development through engineering design reviews.
