Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the logistics team, ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with the operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff to enhance team performance and achieve departmental goals.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Requirements
