Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Production Coordinator to monitor departmental workflow, compile production and statistical reports, and manage build plans, daily metrics, and shipping/receiving statistics for management review.

You will analyze inventory, resolve WMS/EPIC discrepancies, generate reports, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years shipping/receiving experience in logistics.
• 3 years using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with shipping focus.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to document process maps for internal and customs needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory for raw and finished goods to ensure processing.
• Research and resolve WMS/EPIC inventory discrepancies and suggest solutions.
• Monitor workflow and report issues to the Department Supervisor.
• Compile production reports for build plans and daily metrics.
• Create production and shipping/receiving reports for daily review.
• Coordinate product preparation and shipments with management.
• Meet/exceed KPIs and SLAs defined by standards.
• Perform workflow testing and document process map changes.
• Maintain communication with internal/external customers, vendors, and employees.
• Support continuous improvement and quality adherence.
• Handle multiple tasks under deadlines; assist special projects.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

2–4 years of shipping or receiving experience

3 years of experience using WMS
