Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to ensure timely track and trace of all orders and to set up new carriers within the assigned region. You will monitor load planning boards, communicate with carriers, and enter updates into the TMS system as part of a collaborative logistics team.

The role requires 0–1 years of customer service experience and a High School Diploma, with the ability to learn multiple computer systems.

• Ability to learn and work with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors load planning boards.
• Communicates with carriers to ensure load status updates are posted in a timely manner.
• Enters status updates for all loads into TMS system.
• Communicates updates and/or service failures to Sales Account Manager and/or Regional Operations Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
