Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Fort Worth is seeking a Production Coordinator to monitor departmental workflow, compile production and statistical reports, and manage build plans alongside daily metrics.

The role requires 2–4 years shipping/receiving experience, proficiency with WMS/EPIC, and strong MS Office skills. You will support management with shipping, receiving, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years shipping or receiving experience in a logistics environment.
• 3 years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with emphasis on shipping, order maintenance, receiving, and exceptions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to document process maps to support internal and customs client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory for raw and finished goods to ensure all available product is processed.
• Research and resolve WMS/EPIC inventory discrepancies; recommend solutions.
• Monitor workflow and report issues to the Department Supervisor.
• Compile and distribute production reports for build plans and daily metrics.
• Create production and shipping & receiving reports for daily management review.
• Communicate manual shipments to management and coordinate product preparation and shipment.
• Meet or exceed all reporting KPIs and SLAs as defined by company and customer standards.
• Perform workflow testing.
• Review and document changes to process maps to support internal and customs client requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with internal/external customers, vendors, and employees.
• Promote continuous improvement and adhere to quality guidelines to achieve goals.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining special project initiatives.Perform other related duties as assigned.
