Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation operations, carrier management, and freight optimization across the supply chain in Fort Worth. You will liaise between carriers, distribution centers, customer service, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, cost-effective transportation and timely reporting.

The role requires intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and familiarity with WMS or TMS; a high school diploma is required and college degree is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have Excel experience intermediate to advanced.
• Preferred to have logistics, transportation, or distribution experience.
• High school diploma required; college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment execution across all transportation modes.
• Manage carrier scorecards focusing on service, cost, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Monitor transportation spend and analyze freight data and network efficiencies.
• Provide guidance and support to Inbound - Trade Compliance Lead and Outbound Performance Lead.
• Support audit requirements and promote safety and operational excellence.
