Bell & Evans in Fredericksburg, PA is seeking a Breast Debone Loader for the 3rd shift. This role supports meat processing operations, focusing on safe, efficient deboning tasks in a high-volume facility.

Candidates must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions around industrial equipment. Training provided, with opportunities to rotate departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Breast Debone Loader 3rd shift

• Ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures
• Perform job duties according standards set for safety, quality and processing speeds
• At least 18 year of age
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to work in a variety of conditions, hot, cold, wet and noisy.
• Willing and able to work around industrial equipment, stand for several hours, lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds, repetitive use of the arms, wrists and hands.
• Although typically assigned a single department, production and staffing needs will dictate periodic changes. All applicants must be willing and able to work in other departments and positions as needed and assigned.

• Strong work history, demonstrated ability to dedicate to a job
• Previous poultry production experience OR previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
