Job summary

MELALEUCA INC in Rexburg, ID is hiring for a full-time, on-site manufacturing position. Starting pay is $16 per hour with shift differential and a longevity/profit-share oriented compensation package.

The role involves operating filling machines, bottling, sealing, labeling, and palletization in a climate-controlled plant. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads, stand for 8 hours, and follow safety protocols. Opportunities for advancement and company events are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Good math comprehension and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Sets up work area by retrieving production components and sterilizing tables/equipment.
• Fills bottles by operating filling machinery or via manual processes.
• Caps bottles, applies labels, and performs sealing operations.
• Prepares pallets, labels totes, and moves pallets with pallet jacks.
• Performs cleaning duties, maintains clean workstations, and follows safety procedures.
• Inspects quality of own work including label placement, batch numbers, and packaging.
• Assists in training other associates and supports product delivery as needed.
• Overtime may be required; expects ability to climb stairs.
