Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Rexburg, ID is seeking a production/packing associate to operate filling equipment, cap bottles, label products and palletize finished goods in a clean indoor environment.

Responsibilities include setting up the area, sterilizing equipment, inspecting quality and training others. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with shift differential, periodic raises, profit sharing after 6 months, and monthly product vouchers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Able to lift 65 lbs repeatedly during shift.
• Able to operate mechanical equipment safely.
• Stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area by retrieving components and sterilizing tables.
• Fill bottles on filling machinery or manually.
• Cap, seal, label, and palletize products as required.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.
• Inspect quality and assist training of other associates.
• Complete reports and ensure proper labeling and batch numbers.
