Job summary

MELALEUCA INC is seeking a Powder Production Associate at our Idaho Falls facility to visually inspect and prepare finished product for delivery. You will support multiple production lines during the shift in an on-site, climate-controlled environment.

The role is full-time with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, working 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. Earn longevity bonuses, profit sharing after 6 months, and monthly product vouchers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Read, write and perform basic math with accuracy.
• Maintain focus and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with minimal supervision and follow safety rules.
• Willing to overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area with production components and stage inventory.
• Hang sacks of powder using crane hoist system.
• Follow PPE and LOTO procedures where required.
• Assist in producing finished goods at assigned station.
• Inspect finished products for label placement, lids, and lot codes.
• Clean equipment and work areas; perform teardown and setup as directed.
• Support changeover, setup, and tear-down of machinery.
• Train other associates and perform other duties as assigned.
