Job summary

Snake River Physical Therapy is seeking reliable production staff in Rexburg, ID. The role involves setting up, operating filling equipment, sealing, labeling, and palletizing products in a climate-controlled environment.

The position offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour with a shift differential, long-term bonus opportunities, profit sharing after six months, and monthly product vouchers. Growth and promotional opportunities are available, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. + consistently for eight hours.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment and stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up work area by retrieving components and sterilizing tables/equipment.
• Fills bottles by operating filling machinery or manual process.
• Caps bottles and applies labels to products.
• Prepares pallets and loads them for shipping, using pallet jacks.
• Performs cleaning duties and maintains clean workstations with IPA.
• Monitors temperature of sealer and related equipment to ensure product safety.
• Inspects own work for quality: label placement, lids, batch numbers.
• Assists in training other associates and supports team members as needed.
